Audio:
1. To install Audio first you need to install MS-UAA:
Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio

2. Restart after MS-UAA installation, then install the audio drivers.

If installing the audio resulting in ERROR:
1. double click the audio driver files (sp35940)..
2. It will create a c:\swsetup\sp35940 folder
3. Open Device Manager,right click "Audio Device on HD",choose Update driver,
4. No to connect, Install from a list or specific location,
5. Select Don't Search, I will choose the driver to install,
6. For the Hardware Type select 'Show All Devices'
7. Remove the check from "Show Compatible Hardware" and click on "Have Disk".
8. Next...browse to thec:\swsetup\sp35940 folder and look for the inf file.
9. Ignore XP when it complains, Reboot.
