There are many issue for old model ( 2-4 years old model) to upgrade to windows 7. I need comments and suggestion driver beside the driver i suggested here. This is the driver suggested for F730US, Nvidia base notebook.
also applicable to the following model:

NOTES: For every installation you need to right click on the downloaded/excutable file and select run as administrator.

If there are sound in your laptop, you dont have to install this drivers
Conexant High-Definition Smart Audio 221 Driver

If there are still no sound, go to audio properties, enable the speaker as default.
MODEM:

You should run Windows Update to Install the Drivers, on the Optional updates tick on the Box for Nvidia 7000 nForce 630. Latest Drivers also available on Nvidia website:

this si driver from vista, normally you don't need to install thsi, just try to use webcam from any messenger software, your video work fine i think.

Windows Update Issue:
If your drivers stop working after Install windows update do perform system restore, If you still want to use windows update, avoid installing update for hardware and drivers.
